Hamlyn House - HQ

550mē of office space was transformed to create the new Head Quarters for Lazari Investments. This prestigious project included KM3 Storage Wall, Komfort Klassic partitioning and cherry paneling book-matched throughout. Marble flooring was fitted within the Reception to compliment the high quality joinery.

A new lighting system, including Cathode and Zenon lighting, were installed along with smallpower and data cabling.

A bespoke birds-eye maple unit was built around a structural column within the centre of the Chairman's office to house a Plasma screen. Storage walls and doors also utilised birds-eye maple book-matched throughout the office.

Toilet facilities and kitchen area had granite tiling to the walls and floors with solid cheery doors and frames to continue the high quality fit-out. Designer Italian sinks and wall mounted taps were installed to give the facilities a contemporary feel.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
