Trades Union Congress - London WC1

Congress Centre Reception & Conference Suites

The main reception for the Congress Centre was completely overhauled to provide a modern registration area, cloakrooms and management offices.

Bespoke curved screens were constructed to house AV equipment and to provide a back-drop for reception desking.

Full height glazed partitioning with feature lighting were installed to create the management office suites.

Existing Lebanese cedar paneling was modified to create secret opening doors where an AV storage facility and cloakroom were built to utilise the available space behind.

New lighting and a ventilation system were installed.

The entire area was decorated out of normal office hours as not to interfere with the day-to-day running of the Congress Centre.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
