4-Floor refurbishment

A phased refurbishment of 4-floors of an occupied building revitalised existing office space.

All existing crittal windows and secondary glazing were overhauled and resprayed in situ.

Fully demountable partitioning was installed to create open plan and modular office space.

THe toilet facilities were refurbished to a high specification using limestone tiles, Duravit sanitaryware and stainless steel fittings.

A new glass shop front installed at the main entrance to the building along with a revamped reception area gave this building a much needed face-lift.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
